On November 25, 2022, the Economy and Information Bureau of    Beilun District released the evaluation results of the List of Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Beilun District in 2022. Ningbo Excare Pharm Inc. was listed. This indicates that   our company is capable of a high level of specialization, strong innovation ability and development potential, and has been the basic force of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises.

According to the Rules for the Implementation of Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Ningbo (Interim) issued by Ningbo City, High-quality SMEs in Ningbo refer to SMEs with strong innovation   ability, focus on market segmentation and good growth in terms of products, technology, management and mode. It consists of three   levels: innovative SMEs, "SRDI" SMEs and SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises. Innovative SMEs are capable of a high level of   specialization, strong innovation ability and development potential, which are the basic strength of high-quality SMEs. "SRDI"   SMEs has achieved specialization, refinement, characteristic development with strong innovation ability, good quality and efficiency, is the backbone of SMEs. SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises are located in the core areas of industrial foundation and key links of   industrial chain, with outstanding innovation ability, mastery of core technology, high market share, good quality and efficiency, and are the core strength of high-quality SMEs.（SMEs: Small and Medium-sized Enterprises   SRDI: Specialized, Refined, Differential, Innovational）

Through the evaluation of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Ningbo, it is the basic condition for our company   to enter the follow-up gradient cultivation. According to the plan, our company can apply for Ningbo's "SRDI" small and medium-sized enterprises in the second quarter of 2023, and after gradient cultivation, we are expected to declare SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises in 2024.
